Dr. Guan-Cheng Sun, Ph.D., Founder and Executive DirectorWith a group of dedicated volunteers and donors, Dr. Sun founded IQ&IM in 1998 to fulfill a lifelong commitment to teaching and exemplifying the principles and practices of Yi Ren® Qigong. Since then, Dr. Sun has led the development of foundational Yi Ren Qigong training through the Institute and in affiliation with Bastyr University. Through IQ&IM, he has developed a full complement of advanced training in Internal Martial Arts, Secret of the Golden Flower, and the Yijing, and leads the Yi Ren Qigong certified teacher training program. In addition to his position as Executive Director, Dr. Sun offers internal qi-energy consultation services as part of IQ&IM’s Wellness Team.
Harold Ryan Lilly, Wellness Coordinator, Acupuncturist, Qigong Therapist and HerbalistAs an Acupuncturist and Herbalist and certified Yi Ren Qigong instructor, Ryan Lilly offers Chinese medicine services through both private sessions and a variety of group classes. With his deep love for Chinese medicine and his ability to teach and care for people, he partners in the healing process to empower each person to gain control of their health.
Apprenticing and studying under Dr. Guan-Cheng Sun, Ph.D., since 2010, Ryan specializes in Qi/energetic based acupuncture and diagnosis. He treats a variety of health conditions including a particular focus on weight management and diabetes. He also has a special interest in working with children and their families.
Kaisha Thomas, Program CoordinatorKaisha is a Licensed Massage Therapist and was one of the first certified BodyTalk practitioners in Washington State. Passionate about self-care as being foundational to one’s health and wellbeing, she stepped away from private practice and is currently enjoying actively facilitating Yi Ren Qigong as one option for self-care and cultivation. She is always delighted to have a conversation about raising chickens and sharing chick pictures.
Rimma Drovetskaya, Bookkeeper
Rimma came from Russia with a degree in Horticulture. Later, in the US she received a bookkeeping certificate from NSCC. She has been doing bookkeeping for several small businesses since 2008. Rimma is a Yi Ren Qigong Practitioner since 2010, and became a certified instructor in 2013. She is interested in Chinese astrology, self-cultivation, and helping others to learn and benefit from Yi Ren Qigong. She loves gardening.
