October | Focus on the Breath

In Chinese medicine, autumn is the time for your lungs. In October we will spend time to focus on your breath & let go. We will explore many different qigong breathing techniques and experience how simple breathing exercises can have profound effects on your health & internal cultivation practice.
November | Strengthening Defensive/Wei Qi & Prepping for Cold & Flu Season
Three class series: 11/10, 11/17 & 11/24
As we continue to wrestle with the coronavirus and head deeper into cold and flu season, we will spend some time boosting our Defensive/Wei Qi and Zheng Qi (Healthy Qi) as well as learn Chinese Medicine home remedies and Yi Ren Qigong exercises to prevent and fight colds & flus.
