Yi Ren® Qigong

Community Qigong

In honor of the Virtues of humanity and guided by the energy flow of the internal organs, Community Qigong is a space for Yi Ren Qigong practitioners of all levels to deepen their cultivation and refine their practice.

The exercises incorporated in the monthly practices will be drawn from Levels 1, 2 and 3 and the Yijing, the code of universal energy interactions, with an emphasis on harmonizing our internal environment with external environmental demands.

The intention is to help people develop a practice; therefore, the exercises will remain consistent within a given month allowing deeper internal exploration. The emphasis is not instructional with time dedicated for questions but rather the focus will be on sharing a guided Yi Ren Qigong practice.

For instruction, detailed explanations and time for questions, weekly classes and weekend seminars are structured with ample time for focused learning and exploring of Yi Ren Qigong.

Come Monday evenings from 7 to 8:30 p.m. for Communi-Qi!

Synchronizing your Qi with seasonal transitions and with the shift in universal energies at the change of seasons as well as the Lunar New Year is a wonderful way of staying healthy throughout the year.

Each season is associated with an element–Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.  During the heart of each season the seasonal universal energies strongly influence the element associated with that season which in turn affects its interactions with the other elements.

This universal influence gives you the seasonal opportunity to direct your cultivation in support of your health and wellbeing—to lay the ground work to enjoy the benefits of universal energy support and sometimes to temper the effect the element may have on your personal energetic configuration.
