December Focus: Balancing the Holidays: Food, Family & Nourishing Practice

As we approach the winter solstice and the most yin, dark and restful time of year, how do we make sure to really nourish ourselves, enjoy the holiday season and get ready for spring?

Four class series: 12/1, 12/8 & 12/15: $45.
Single class: $20.


Everyone is welcome! Join us online every Tuesday morning from 7:00-8:30am or watch the recording at your convenience throughout the week. Start your day off with a fun and inspiring Qigong practice and learn Chinese medicine tools for nourishing your life and deepening your cultivation.

This class is a place for constant Qigong practice, support, and inspiration along this life-long journey of health, self-realization, and true happiness.

The ZOOM CLASS LINK will be emailed to you at 6 p.m on Mondays. If you sign up after 6 p.m., you will receive the zoom link about 30 minutes before the Tuesday class.

If you sign up the class after the class has already taken place, you will receive class recording which will be available for usually one week.
