November Focus: Strengthening Defensive/Wei Qi & Prepping for Cold & Flu Season
In Chinese medicine, autumn is the time for your lungs. In the month of October we will spend time to focus on your breath & letting go. We will explore many different Qigong breathing techniques and experience how simple breathing exercises can have profound effects on your health & internal cultivation practice.
Three class series: 11/10, 11/17 & 11/24: $45.
Single class: $20.
Everyone is welcome! Join us online every Tuesday morning from 7:00-8:30am or watch the recording at your convenience throughout the week. Start your day off with a fun and inspiring Qigong practice and learn Chinese medicine tools for nourishing your life and deepening your cultivation.
This class is a place for constant Qigong practice, support, and inspiration along this life-long journey of health, self-realization, and true happiness.
