Relax on Monday evenings with Yi Ren Qigong Certified Instructor Akbar Sparks.

Akbar will lead a weekly ONLINE community practice for fun, enjoyment and refreshment for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. If you would like to experience a Yi Ren practice before committing to a Level I class, please feel to join the practice.

Should you miss the Monday evening practice, the class recording will be made available for at least a week.

IMPORTANT — CLASS REGISTRATION will close each Monday at 3 p.m. and reopen Tuesday morning to ensure that new registrants have adequate time to receive an email with the evening’s class Zoom link.

When you receive your initial Zoom link on Monday afternoon, it will include the link for all the classes for the current month. Please check your promotions and spam folders if you do not see the Zoom link email in your inbox.
