Mini-qigong is a taste of Yi Ren Qigong in an hour, offering simple, basic exercises and movements that help release stress, enhance well-being and lead to greater inner peace and harmony. Better balance, more sound sleep, more normal blood pressure and an overall improvement in health are among the benefits you may experience.
If you miss your Thursday class, it will be available online for review until the next Thursday class.
No prerequisite. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome!
Class runs from October 18 until December 6 with no class Thanksgiving day.
