DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. This course introduces methods for developing the Zang Fu, or internal organ-related meridians specifically for becoming more aware of the relationship between these energy pathways and our emotions, memories and behaviors. How long have certain memories, emotions or behaviors been running you, perhaps without you knowing it? Are these emotions and patterns really you? The 12 internal organ pathways form the bridge between the mind and the memories, emotions, intrinsic intelligence and consciousness of the internal organs. Qi or vital energy is the key for the mind-body connection. With regular Yi Ren Qigong practice practitioners will become more aware of how thoughts, state of mind, emotional habits and behavior have a direct connection with their health and quality of life.
