Qigong Suggestions & Online Anti-Virus Class by Dr. Sun
Dr. Sun will be offering an online class called “Yi Ren Anti-Virus Qigong – Strengthening your Immunity” on Sunday, March 22nd from 1 to 5:30 p.m.
Class is open to everyone. No prerequisite. Please register by noon on Saturday so that the class link can be emailed to you in time to join the class on Sunday. If you cannot attend the class in person, the class video will be available to registrants through December 31, 2020.

Community Acupuncture Support
IQ&IM Wellness Services will be offering six weeks of Community Acupuncture sessions to help improve peoples’ health and boost immunity.
Community acupuncture is a lower cost, semi-private style of acupuncture where during this period of social distancing four or less people will receive treatment at the same time in a semi-private group setting.

More and more evidence-based papers continue to be published demonstrating the importance and effectiveness of Chinese herbs in both strengthening the body’s immunity and assisting in its recovery from infection.
