SEMINAR THREE | Digestive System Deep Clean and Renewal with Bigu, Fuqi and TCM Nutrition and Herbs

Accelerate the healing process with Bigu and the wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Bigu literally translates to “eating without grains” and is a fasting process that allows us to clean out and reset our body. Fuqi literally translates to “taking Qi energy” and is an internal energy system upgrading practice. With practice of Fuqi, instead of using glucose, the body can produce and use electricity, magnetic energy and other form of energy for example.  We will use this deep clean and renewal to create lasting change in our diet and health along with integrating many new tools from the ancient wisdom from TCM.

As your organ system begins to wake up, you will be aware of that your internal organs have its own intelligence and wisdom on nutrition and herbs and foods for internal nourishment and healing.  This is very helpful to develop personalized diet and healthy lifestyle.
